The formidable Robert Morgenthau, for decades the District Attorney that bankers feared more than any other, retired at the end of 2009. He has already disappeared from one of his former office's primary channels of communication.
Remember the name: Cyrus Vance: he took over from Morgenthau on 1 January 2010.
And within days, someone noticed that Morgenthau's face was the public face of the Manhattan DA's office on Twitter.
But whilst his predecessor was heavily into self-promotion, some may say to the point of arrogance, Cyrus is not so anxious to be the face of law enforcement in the borough.
So what is the new face of the office on Twitter?
