The following sets out the Prime Alias only of those persons who were previously designated
under the Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 2001 but are now designated under the
Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 2009. The persons remain on the Consolidated List
of Financial Sanctions Targets on the Treasury website.
The funds and economic resources of all persons named in this Annex remain frozen.

the Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 2001 but remain subject to the UN Al-Qaida and
Taliban asset freezing regime under Council Regulation (EU) No 881/2002. The persons have
been removed from the Terrorist Financing regime on the Consolidated List of Financial
Sanctions Targets on the Treasury website but remain under the Al-Qaida and Taliban (Al-Qaida)
regime on the Consolidated List.
Any significant changes made to reflect the UN listing details are shown in italics.
