In consequence of the cancellation of the authorisation of Kevin Byrne, the sole adviser at mortgage broker Forest Financial of Walthamstow, East London, the authorisation of the firm has also been cancelled with effect from 15 February 2010.
Byrne was found to have acted recklessly in relation to potentially fraudulent mortgage applications. See full story here
