Sanctions: UK at last publishes list of Ivory Coast targets
It's been a long time coming but at long last we have a definitive list of those affected by the EU's sanctions against Ivory Coast. And it's a lot longer than originally expected. Particularly interesting is the description of various persons, for example "GBAGBO..Supposedly President of the Republic."

Sanctions: UK renews direction under Art 4, Terrorism (UN Measures) Order 2009
On 15 December 2010, HM Treasury issued directions under Article 4 of the Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 2009 designating one individual and several entities with the effect of immediately freezing "the funds and economic resources" of designated persons.
