Sanctions: Not quite FATF NCCT. But close.
Dust off your regulator's guidelines and you'll see a section that says that you must pay particular attention to blacklists produced by international bodies when assessing risk profiles and even whether to take on business. Mostly, that was interpreted as meaning the FATF NCCT list and as that has been, to all intents and purposes, comatose since October 2006, there was only the occasional rants of the OECD to worry about. But the FATF's come back with something that's not quite NCCT but you won't be allowed to ignore it.
