General Licence No. 1, under the Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators Sanctions Regulations
Today OFAC is issuing General Licence No. 1, (pdf) under the Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators Sanctions Regulations, 31 C.F.R. Part 544, authorising certain transactions related to the arrest, detention, and judicial sale of the
- MV Sabalan,
- MV Sahand, and
- MV Tuchal,
three vessels on OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list, that are currently under arrest in Singapore.
